Khurana Inn is a hidden gem in the heart of the shopping district. Its strategic location right across the wholesale market and close to major shopping centers like Platinum Mall and Pratunam Plaza makes it perfect for avid shoppers.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic, with everything exceeding my expectations.

Breakfast starts only after 7.30 am however tours starts very early. Staff not ready to give extra things for coffee or tea making.

Quite good for a budget hotel. Clean rooms with all basic facilities, good family atmosphere, an excellent restaurant, and polite & efficient staff. Lots of malls & markets within walking distance. We went on a shopping trip, which was a success because of the hotel's location.

The hotel's prime location, right across the wholesale market and in the heart of the shopping areas, was a huge plus. It made it so convenient for us to explore and indulge in some retail therapy. The staff at this hotel were attentive and provided good service throughout our stay. They were friendly and always willing to assist with any queries or requests we had. The rooms, although small, were comfortable and equipped with basic amenities. We opted for a room with two beds on the 4th level, which suited our needs perfectly. One thing that impressed us was the breakfast spread, especially the selection of fresh exotic fruits already served. It was a refreshing way to start our day.
Despite a few minor inconveniences, overall, our stay at this hotel was enjoyable.

When you have business in Pratunam the location is great. Free parking at site.
The hotel is infested with cockroaches, I have found them in my bed- and bathroom. The rooms are not cleaned properly, the bathroom is very dirty. At least 90% of the guests are Indian businessman, they are very loud. I didn't dare to eat breakfast or diner at the restaurant because of the cockroaches.

Excellent staff, prompt and satisfying service. Neat and clean rooms. Convenient location with shopping and restaurants nearby. Delicious breakfast with a variety of options. Live Indian music at the restaurant on weekends.
Nothing, all excellent.

There is free ineternet with good quality. The breakfast is included in the price , but it was the same in all 10 days of my staying there. The location is perfect for shoping at Pratunam!
Cleanliness of the hotel is on terrible level. I saw a rat in the loby, many hair everywhere. The stuff is indifferent. There was a problem with hot water in my room, after 2 days they replaced me. For this price I recommend you other hotels in the same area. This is not a Thai hotel , if you are looking for thai hospitality!

Location is very good, it is amidst Shopping area.
Proper cleaning of the room is not done. Everyday we have to request the Receptionist for cleaning, even the water bottles are not supplied unless it is requested. Originally it was shown that our room is provided with a balcony, but actually there is no balcony at all. Sometimes the other boarders of the Hotel making noise.

Khurana Inn is a good budget hotel. Best part is the Location for shopping, it saved the taxi bills. The indian food is very very good. Being a pure vegetarian its hard to find food. Rooms are also good. The entire staff is good but the lady at the reception is very rude. Her duty is to smile and talk politely whatever the matter is. We are customers, the hotel runs because of us. Horrible she was. Better change her.
